Interpersonal group psychotherapy – understanding and shaping relationships
In the group, we reflect on how we behave in relationships and how we can recognize our own needs. We practice recognizing personal boundaries, managing conflicts constructively, and expanding our social skills.
Through exchange, shared reflection, and practical exercises, we develop confidence in interacting with others, strengthen self-confidence, and explore new ways of dealing with stressful situations.
The group offers a safe space where experiences are shared, understood, and experienced – and where new perspectives for fulfilling and healthy relationships can emerge.
Group goals:
Consciously recognize and communicate our own needs
Recognize and maintain our own boundaries
Build self-confidence and inner strength
Strengthen social skills
Deal more confidently with conflicts and challenging situations
Registration and further information: via email or Contact Form
The group offer can only be carried out if there are enough registrations.
